General | Report a problem / rule violation

You have problems? Your opponent broke the rules? Something is unclear? Do you want to appeal because a result was determined incorrectly?

Then email us at support@dueldonkey.com or contact us via our social media channels.

Important:

If you are unable to continue the Duel, communicate this clearly to your opponent in DuelDonkey Chat on the Duel page. You can then use the "Report a problem" button to suggest canceling the duel, for example.

To speed up the process, please also include the Duel ID directly in your message. You can find these on the top left of the duel page:
